1. Complete the Preschool Application (found below)
2. Once you have been notified of acceptance into PreK you MUST complete the State Public School Enrollment Form (PowerSchool). Details will be provided via email.

To submit a PreK application online:

Submit an English Electronic 2024-2025 NCPK/Tuition Application.   Submit a Spanish Electronic 2024-2025 NCPK/Tuition Application.

**Check your email regularly after submitting your application for further guidance on the next steps.

To submit a PreK Paper Copy
To print out a paper copy application, refer to the bottom of this webpage under the "Preschool Forms" heading. Fill out the application completely. Make sure to write your child's name at the top of each page you are submitting, including the other documents needed, such as the birth certificate and income documentation.      

Use one of the options below to submit your hard copy application:

• Fax it to 828-757-0642
• Scan and Email to lacoffey@caldwellschools.com
• Drop off at the Preschool Readiness Center Office or any elementary school
• Mail it to Preschool Readiness Center, 332 Greenhaven Dr. NW Lenoir NC 28645

 ** NOTE**
Health Assessments, Immunizations, and Dental Forms will be due within the first 30 calendar days of the school year beginning this fall.
