    Dottie Darsie, member of the Caldwell County Board of Education since 1994, who has served two terms as Chairman and Vice-Chairman during her tenure, has been elected to another two-year term to the North Carolina School Boards Action Center, a legislative arm of the North Carolina School Boards Association.
