Welcome to WLMS - Meet our new teachers!!

  • Bailey Beane - 7th Grade Mathteacher photo

I am so happy to be a part of William Lenoir Middle School! This will be my third year teaching and my first year teaching at WLMS and will also be coaching the girls’ softball team. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2019 and, having taught a variety of subjects, teaching math is by far my favorite! When I am not teaching or coaching, I love spending time with my husband and our three adorable dogs: Scout, Loki and Buffy. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me anytime at bbeane@caldwellschools.com

  • Charity Watkins - 6th Grade Science/Social Studies

teacher photoMy name is Charity Watkins and I am excited to join the WLMS family!  I am a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Secondary Social Studies Education and received a master’s degree in Executive Leadership Studies from Gardner-Webb University.  I have been teaching for 10 years and I'm jumping with joy over the opportunity to return to Caldwell County where I completed my student teaching.   My dog Remington and I enjoy hiking; however, cheering students on at a Soccer and Football games has been known to keep me from the trails.  Wildcats, this year we will roar!
