I am the School Social Worker for Davenport A+ School and Lower Creek Elementary School.  I am a Caldwell County native and a graduate of Hibriten High School.  I received my degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University in 2001. This is my 6th year with Caldwell County Schools and I LOVE what I do!  I previously worked at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative for 17 years as a Medical Social Worker and Clinical Liaison.  I love working with students and their families.  School  Social Workers are the link between the home, school and community in providing direct and indirect services to students, families and school personnel to promote and support students' academic and social success.  I can help provide food, clothing, resources for shelter, referrals to local community resources, and help remove any barrier to a child's education.  Please let me know if I can help your child in any way possible.  I look forward to working with your students and family.
