Don't miss this drop-in event. Come when you can - stay as long as you need to. You will enter the zoom room and be greeted by the principal. We will then zip you right into your child's classroom teacher's zoom room. If you need to see more than one teacher - no problem! You can leave the first room and return to the principal so she can zip you right into another zoom room. You can see ALL of your child's teachers and we will have plenty of resources and helpful things for your family. It will only take a few minutes of your day.
Our topic: HOW CAN I HELP MY CHILD LEARN REMOTELY AND KEEP MY SANITY?
Every parent that attends will make their child(ren) eligible to receive a gift. We hope to see you all there!
Are you the parent of a HOME SCHOOL student? You'd like to teach them at home; however, there are some courses that you think that your child would be more successful with other students and a teacher with that specialty?
You have options. Middle and High School students enrolled at least half-time in their home school may be able to attend social events and/or participate in extracurriculars such as sports or clubs. (Dependent upon availability.)

Tired of Tooting Your Own Horn?
We would like to have "house instruments" for our students to use when they can't afford one of their own. Did you play flute in high school, but now don't play at all? Did Great Aunt Gertrude play the French Horn back in the day, but still has it in her closet, even though she hasn't played in 50 years? Give these instruments a chance at a new life in the hands of our students! Contact Mark Crump (email@example.com) if you have something for us!
The Parent Portal in PowerSchool is a very valuable tool for parents. Just like social media and other apps on your phone, it will give you notifications when grades are posted and absences are recorded for your student. This not only keeps parents "in the know," but also gives parents a way to follow their child's progress. You can download it on android, iPhones, tablets, desktops - almost any electronic device.
To get access (user name and password info), simply fill out this POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL FORM today. If you have questions about PowerSchool grades or absences reported, contact your child's teacher. If you have questions about accessing the portal, call our school office at 828-754-6039 today.
