Conveyance of the property will be via special warranty deed.Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 160A-269, the Board solicits offers to purchase The Property. New Half-Day Preschool Program
Are you looking for a preschool program to help your child develop school readiness skills?
Caldwell County Schools is pleased to announce a new half-day preschool program for 3, 4, and 5-year-olds. Jump Start Preschool Academy (which will be one classroom) is located at Whitnel Elementary beginning August 2023. Each slot will be for 2 half-days per week. Classes will be held in four cohorts: Monday/Wednesday mornings, Monday/Wednesday afternoons, Tuesday/Thursday mornings, or Tuesday/Thursday afternoons. A 20-minute Zoom session will be held on Fridays for family fun activities. Priority will be given to 3-year-olds.

Former Graduates Inducted in the Caldwell County Schools Hall of Honor
Four outstanding alumni were inducted into the prestigious Caldwell County Schools Hall of Honor at the 20th annual event held on Monday, Sept. 25 at the JE Broyhill Civic Center in Lenoir, a momentous occasion that celebrates the exceptional contributions and unwavering dedication of former graduates who have made a profound impact on the lives of countless individuals. The inductees for 2023 are Joseph "Joe" Lindsay Gibbons, Dr. Wayne Hollar, Jr. DDS, R. Edgar "Ed" Whitener, and Gary Dean Poe, posthumously.
