Meals may be purchased daily or in advance. Prepayments by cash or check are acceptable. Any money amount may be made as a prepayment. Weekly, monthly, semester and yearly prepayments are all accepted. Each cafeteria is equipped with a computer system. The computer system allows the cafeteria to track payments, purchases and balances for each student. If you would like for your child to purchase only meals from their account, contact your child's cafeteria manager. The cafeteria cashier will try to honor your request. You may also make payments online via credit card or check, visit www.k12paymentcenter.com for more details.
Pre-Payment Options
Per-Payment Options
Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives studnets more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
K12 Payment Center is an online serice that llows you to make payments to your childs account online viz credit/debit card.

NEW CHECK PROCEDURE
Your check is WELCOME at all schools in the Caldwell County School District. The Caldwell County School Board recognizes that occasionally a parent may inadvertently overdraw a checking account and a check may be returned to the bank. In the event any check made to the school cafeteria is returned for insufficient funds charges, the amount of the check and $25.00 fee will be deducted from the child's account. If more than one bad check is received then checks will no longer be accepted.Charging Meals
Should any student forget their meal money or have inadequate funds in their cafeteria account, credit up to $7.00 for regular meals will be provided. A note will be sent home as a reminder when your child's account owes approxiamtely $4.00. The principal will send a follow up letter when the charges reach $7.00. At middle and high school levels all charges must be approved in advance by the principal or designee. An administrator is usually on duty during lunch periods in these schools
