My students call me Ms. S. I am a veteran Exceptional Children teacher with over 20 years of experience across two states. I absolutely love teaching, coaching, and mentoring our students. I have taught all core subjects within the EC Department as part of the Occupational Course of Study and I have taught Learning Labs (aka Resource classes). I completed my Bachelors of Science in Psychology at the College of Charleston and received my certification to teach K-12 Learning Disabled and my Master's in School Administration from Appalachian State University.
