I received my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from UNC Chapel Hill...  Go Tarheels!  I have been teaching for twenty five years, and have loved working in Kindergarten for 24 of those years.  I love the enthusiasm and curiosity of Kindergarten students, as they learn through rhyme, song and movement activities.  Teaching has certainly changed over the years, but students still have an intrinsic desire to learn, feel appreciated and be successful as they strive to reach their potential in school.  I feel blessed to be able to contribute to the success of my students each day and feel I have made a difference in their lives.
