Mrs. Jeni McNulty

As a proud native of Caldwell County, I now serve as an educational leader for Caldwell County Schools at Hudson Elementary School.  I have the opportunity to work with students from ages 3 - 12.  During my tenure in education, I have served PreK - Community College levels.  I spent the first part of my career as an teacher, then assistant principal at West Caldwell High School.  During that time, I also taught continuing education classes at Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.  For the past seven years, it was my pleasure to serve as the instructional leader of Kings Creek School.   I am honored and proud to join The Hive of Hudson Elementary.  I look forward to working with students, families, staff, and community to provide the safest and best education possible for our students.

I began my journey and love for education at East Harper Elementary School.  The passion of my elementary teachers encouraged me to pursue my teaching degree.  I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Carolina State University.  After working in branch management in the finance industry, I decided to combine my passions for business and teaching.  I became a Business and Marketing education teacher at West Caldwell High School.  I earned my teaching licensure from Appalachian State University.  With the support of excellent mentors, I was encouraged to become a school administrator.  I joined a local group of educators and attended Gardner Webb University to earn a Master of Arts in School Administration.  In 2018, I successfully completed the Distinguished Leadership in Practice Program.

Teaching and learning are my passions.  I am a continuous learner.  My absolute favorite place to be every day is with the students of Hudson Elementary School.
