Mrs. Greene received her Bachelors Degree in Child Development Birth-Kindergarten in 2005. She then began teaching at Whitnel Elementary School in 2006. She taught Pre-K for the Even Start Family Literacy Program for her first 3 years before becoming a Kindergarten teacher. She taught Kindergarten at Whitnel for 4 years. She then went back to Pre-K at Whitnel from 2013-2019 where she served in an inclusive classroom consisting of NC Pre-K children as well as children with special needs. This year she will be teaching Kindergarten. Mrs. Greene is passionate about providing opportunities for her students to learn through play and hands on learning experiences.
