Hi, I'm Jennifer Decker! This year I am, starting year 12, teaching first grade. I am a graduate of Emmanuel College with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood education and a Pre-K add on.  As a student myself, I attended Gamewell Elementary, Gamewell Middle, and West Caldwell. It is a true honor to me to serve this community and come back to the school I first decided I wanted to be a teacher in. The Gamewell community is such a special place to me. I have taught both Kindergarten and First Grade at GES. Prior to coming to GES I taught pre-k for 6 years. I'm passionate about young learners and developing all the skills they need to be successful inside and outside of the classroom. My goal each day is to make sure my students know they are loved, they are important, and I am here to help them meet their educational goals!
