Ms. Johnson earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University in May 2018. She started her teaching career at North Newton Elementary School teaching 4th grade August 2018. Having grown up as a child in the Caldwell County School District, Ms. Johnson has decided to return to her home town to teach in the school system that inspired her to become a teacher. This year, Ms. Johnson will be teaching first grade at Whitnel Elementary School. She believes every child can learn and succeed.
