Hello!

My name is Beth Woodard, and I have been teaching Theatre Arts at South Caldwell for 22 years. I also enjoy acting and directing with the local community theatres, Foothills Performing Arts and Hickory Community Theatre. My goal as a Theatre teacher is to share my passion for theatre and to inspire my students to explore all aspects of Theatre Arts. Ultimately, Theatre is a place where students learn not only the art, but also how to work collaboratively toward a common goal. I want students to leave my class with a great appreciation for Theatre Arts and to remember the motto of the thespian, "Act well your part; there all the honor lies."
