Hello! I’m Kristin Settlemyre. Please let me begin by asserting my gratitude for the opportunity to join the Davenport A+ School community! I look forward to an amazing school year. Although my background is in social work, I am licensed to teach within the adaptive EC setting.Education, particularly special education is a long-standing passion.I have worked in the school system for a number of years, most recently as an EC Instructional Assistant at Granite Falls Elementary School. On a personal note, my husband Robbie and I are parents of adult children and only recently welcomed our first grandchild.We have two dogs and a clowder of cats. I’m an avid advocate as well as a Philomath, which is likely the drive behind my passion for teaching.
