STUDENT INFORMATION:

If you are a second load bus rider, make sure you are staying in the cafeteria. If you are not a second load bus rider, you are not to be in the cafeteria and/or in any part of the building. You need to go home, or go to where your sports team is meeting. We are having way too many students roaming the building. 

Attention, those that signed up for the DECA club and are interested in competing in the regional competition need to see Coach Boston in Room 216 ASAP. 

The Interact Club invitations that were sent out and Mr. Riggs is requesting that you pay your $5 club dues this week personally to him in the Family and Consumer Science Department.  

If you have a 3.5 GPA or higher you should have received an invitation for Beta Club in your student email.  The email also contains important information regarding upcoming dates and when and to whom dues should be paid.  If you do not have an email but believe you should qualify please see Mrs. Hatton in room 343.

Emails have gone out to students nominated by teachers to serve as our student ambassadors for this school year.  If you received an email please come see Mrs Hatton in room 343 for your club card.  You will need this card in order to attend our first club meeting next week.  

Remember to purchase your yearbook by this Friday for $65 and 4 free icons. The price will go up after this date. See Ms. Storie or purchase on-line at www.jostens.com

Remember to purchase your parking pass by this Friday, September 20th from Mr. Hosfield.

Any student interested in Quiz Bowl please pay Mrs. Kimberlin or Mrs. Bishop $5 before next Thursday.

SENIOR INFORMATION:

Yearbook will be collecting senior baby picture from now until October 21st. Please submit your picture to Ms. Storie in Computer Lab 2.

Juniors and Seniors can order class rings on Tuesday, September 24th during lunches in the cafeteria.  

Students can also bring their parents and order from 3-5:30pm outside the main office the same day.  

A $75 deposit is required to order.  Extra ring packets are in the office.  

Students can also see all ring styles and prices at Jostens.com

SENIORS:  order your cap and gown and other senior accessories on Tuesday, September 25th during lunches and from 3-5:30pm in the cafeteria.

Seniors...do you want help with a college application?  not sure where to start?  Ms. Vargus will be holding a College Application Workshop on Tuesday, September 24 at 5pm in Room 215.  Please make plans to be there.

SPORTS:

Congratulations to both our JV and Varsity soccer team and coaches on their victories last night against Patton. JV's won 6-5 and Varsity won 5-2. Scoring for the little Warriors was Edward Castillo with 4 goals and Jace Bumgardner with 2 goals. The varsity team picked up a 5 to 2 win. Scoring for the Warriors was Fracesco Gonzalez with 2 goals, Josef Hernandez with 2 goals, and Eleazar Zamora with 1 goal. This was a good conference win for the Warriors. They play again tonight at Draughn. Way to go Warriors.

Teachers: please dismiss the Lady Warrior Tennis Team at 2:30 for their away match.

Soccer, Tennis and Volleyball will play at Draughn.
