Effective today, all staff will be enforcing the cell phone policy strictly.  For details, please see the student handbook, p. 19

Please help me congratulate Taszmin Gupta for not only being the school winner but the county winner for the Soil and Water Conservation Computer Poster Contest. Taszmin walked away from the banquet last night with not only a plaque, but $150! Congrats!

Please congratulate Mitchell Cordell when you see him.  He is one of 3 winners of a state wide playwriting competition (NCTAE NC Young Playwright's Festival).  His original play "The Bumbling Knights" will be performed as a staged reading on Saturday, April 4 at UNC Greensboro.  This is a huge honor for Mitchell as he was competing against high school students from across the state, many of which are arts magnet schools. Mrs. Hatton’s student teacher, Ms Beane, is directing a production of his play which will be performed here in our theatre on Thursday, April 2 & Friday, April 3. Thank you for your support and encouragement of all our theatre students!
