Cheerleading tryouts are May 16th - May 19th. If you are planning to tryout you need to make sure you have a physical on file before the first day of tryouts. If you have not filled out the interest form you should see Ms Proffitt in room 301 as soon as possible.

This week is prom spirit week! 

Thursday: Glitz and Glam- Dress it up like you just went platinum!

Friday: Black and White- Set the vibe for prom night and dress in black and white!

See Mrs. Gurnsey or Mrs. Reynolds or purchase at lunch and in the morning in the cafeteria. This is open to students and staff. Drawing will be Tuesday May 10th.

Don’t forget 2,000 puts Mr. Styron on the roof for a day!


Win the Warrior Challenge- The first person in the building, student or staff to raise $100 for Robin's Nest will park in Mr. Styron's Space for the rest of the year. (See Mrs. Gurnsey for details and to submit the $100) 


The Spring Band Concert will be held on Tuesday, May 10th, at 6:00pm in the theater.  Admission is free, donations accepted.

Prom Promise – We will be asking all students that will attend the prom to make the Prom Promise this week.  Stay tuned for more info!  #KNOWYOURSELFWORTH


There will be a meeting on Thursday at the end of fourth period for all girls interested in going out for tennis next fall. Tennis practice starts in August. You must get a sports physical to participate.

We will have our annual Sports Physicals on Tuesday, May 10th from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm.

  • Cost will be $10 
  • Students will need to have a Blue Physical form filled out beforehand. 
  • We will also be offering a free EKG for any student grades 6th -12th.  Forms must be filled out beforehand.
  • All forms  can be  picked up from coach Annas or in the Physical  box outside the  front Office.  

We will get all of our current WCHS students completed 4th period before after school activities and buses leave. 

All students  must be signed in with Coach Herman in the gym by 4:00 pm, if they are not,  we can not guarantee that they will be able to receive a physical.
