Parents, if you plan to attend the Washington DC Trip with your child, you must complete the Volunteer Registration and be approved by the district prior to the trip. You will also be required to submit to a background check.
If you are an employee of the Caldwell County School System, you have already completed this step; no further action is required. If you are not part of the Caldwell County School System and/or have never completed the Volunteer Application, you are required to complete this step.
To begin the registration process:
Visit our Hudson Middle School website.
Click on the Parents & Community tab at the top of homepage.
Click on Volunteer Tracker and proceed to Register or Sign In.
