Spring Conditioning Workouts
Open to ALL students.  Great for off-season athletes to stay in shape AND for kids that just want to exercise, have fun and get ready for summer activity.  Must have a physical on file.  Workouts will be hosted by our football coach, Coach Kilby.  Workouts will be every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY afternoon from 3:15 - 4:45 starting AFTER spring break on April 29, 2019.  Students will report to the gym immediately after school.  Parents must pick up students promptly at 4:45.
