Employee Assistance Program

 The Counseling Group will move sessions to telephone or Video in order to help contain the Covid-19 virus.

The Counseling Group, Inc. provides Employee Assistance Services to Caldwell County Schools.  EAP Counselors include: Amy Owensby, LPCS; Bob Giduz, LPA; Greg Suddreth, LPCA; John Worm, LCSW; and Suzanne Trollan, LPC


These services provide free, confidential (as required by law) counseling to employees and immediate family members of Caldwell County Schools.


EAP services are an important means for companies to provide a full range of help to people who are experiencing problems that may interfere with work performance. Some of the problem areas include:
