COVID-19 Questions

COVID-19 Information

Anyone showing symptoms of Covid-19 or who may have been exposed to Covid-19 SHOULD NOT BE AT SCHOOL.  If you answer YES to any of these 3 questions, please stay at home.

  1. Have you had close contact (within 6 feet for at least 15 minutes) in the last 14 days with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or has any health department or health care provider been in contact with you and advised you to quarantine?
    YES - The person should not be at school . The person can return l 4 days ofter the lost time they hod close contact with someone with COVID-19
    NO - The person con be at school if they ore not experiencing symptoms.

  2. Since you were last at school, have you had any of these symptoms?  Fever (100.4 F or higher), New cough, Chills, Shortness of breath or difficulty  breathing , New loss of taste or smell
    *If a person has any of these symptons, they should go home and call their health care provider.

  3. Since you were last at school, have you been diagnosed with COVID-19>
    YES - If a person is diagnosed with COVID-19 based on a test, their symptoms, or does not get a COVID-19 test but has had symptoms, they should not be at school and should stay at home. 
    NO - The person can be at school if all other questions ore "NO"
