  • Caldwell County Schools 2020-2021 Re-Entry Plan

    The Board of Education approved moderate social distancing and blended education consisting of in-person instruction and remote learning with an option for parents to select full remote learning in grades K-12 to begin the 2020-2021 school year.   • CCS Classroom Innovation & Technology Showcase

    Come join us this summer for our second annual Caldwell County Schools Innovation and Technology Showcase. This year's Showcase will be held virtually! Educators from across the district, region, and state are sharing wonderful teaching and learning strategies that they are currently using in their classrooms and schools. The showcase is a great way to earn digital learning credits.

  • K - 12 New Student Enrollment

    Caldwell County Schools is now registering new students for 2020-21 school year.  Registration is online now.  All forms are available and should be completed for enrollment.

  • Advanced Math Placement Testing Request

    Students who are not initially placed in an advanced math learning opportunity in grades 4-8 have the opportunity to request to take the EOG for the grade they were enrolled in during 2019-2020 to determine if they are eligible for placement.  In order to place in this manner students must score a Level V on the EOG.  Please download and submit the request to your school's principal.

  • Summer Meals for Children

    Summer meals for children 18 years and younger every Tuesday at three drive-thru distribution sites: Gamewell Elementary, Granite Falls Elementary, and Valmead Elementary from 11-1 pm and 4-6 pm. Each child receives one gallon of milk and 14 total breakfast and lunch meals. Children are not required to be at the site. Free summer meals through August 4th!

  • Summer Hours

    In an effort to save energy and to operate efficiently, the school district begins summer hours starting June 12 through August 7. Hours of operation for the Education Center and school administrative offices are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

  • JumpStart: Elementary Students Jump Back into School

    As families are selecting options on how to start the school year, more than 200 elementary students are finishing up with JumpStart, a summer program that blends in-person and remote learning designed for students in grades K-4 to help them get ready for the upcoming school year after the disruptions caused by last semester’s COVID-19 closure.

  • WrapAround Registration

    WrapAround, school-aged child care program, registration begins this week for new students: Aug. 4-6. WrapAround will provide after school care at 13 sites and care for full days at seven locations.

  • REOPENING SCHOOLS: Blended Instruction, Safety Protocols, and Full Remote Option

    After much discussion that involved considerable input from focus groups and parent, teacher, and community surveys, the Board of Education approved a blended education model consisting of in-person instruction combined with remote learning and parents may opt for full remote learning in grades K-12 to begin the 2020-2021 school year.

  • Full Remote Learning: Caldwell Connect registration has ended.

    Caldwell Connect is a 100% online learning opportunity for students in grades K-12. Caldwell Connect offers a mixture of whole group learning, small group learning, and independent grade level work in an online format. Instruction will be a mixture of synchronous (live) and asynchronous (independent pace) instruction. Online learning will allow for some flexibility in a rigorous and innovative environment. If you wish to enroll your student, go to https://www.caldwellschools.com/caldwellconnect and complete forms for each student. Registration has ended. Complete a separate form for each student you wish to register. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.
