Setting Up Your Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Select Caldwell County Schools from the drop down menu.

Enter your student's ID number (they may know it as their "lunch number"), their first name, last name, and date of birth.

Follow the instructions to verify your identity.

You should instantly receive an activation key and link to complete your parent portal setup.
Once your parent portal is established, use the link below to sign in anytime with your user name and password. You may also want to download the Campus Parent mobile app for iPhone and Android devices.

Complete Annual Updates: Once your parent portal account is created, please take a few moments to complete the required annual updates for your student(s). If you have multiple students in Caldwell County Schools, Infinite Campus conveniently stores each student's profile under one parent account.
Note: Please create your account and update your information as soon as possible, as time-sensitive information about the start of the school year will be communicated through your Portal Account.
The completion of the Technology Questions on the Annual Updates are necessary before your student will have access to a chromebook, ipad, or account. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your school's data manager.

The Campus Student and Campus Parent apps provide the same tools as the browser version, with the benefit of the option to Stay Logged In and receive push notifications.
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
- Search for your District Name and State, entering at least 3 characters of your district's name to search. Select your district from the list.
- Enter your Username and Password
- If using a secure, private device, mark Stay Logged In to receive mobile push notifications, if enabled by your school.
- Click Log In!

The Activation Code already in use means that you already have a log in for Parent Portal. Please notify the data manager at your student’s school and they will help with resetting your password so that you can access your account.

Yes. Please contact your student's school to schedule an appointment.

To submit an absence in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, log in and click on the "More" or "Attendance Requests" option from the main menu. Select your student, choose an "Excuse" reason, and specify the "Absence Type" (full day, late arrival, or early dismissal). Enter the date(s) of the absence, provide any necessary comments, and then click "Submit".
Step-by-step guide:
- Log in: to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal using your username and password.
- Locate: the "More" option in the menu, often on the left side of the screen, or find the "Attendance Requests" shortcut.
- Select: your student from the list if you have multiple children.
- Choose a reason: from the "Excuse" dropdown menu for the absence.
- Specify the type: of absence by selecting the appropriate option: "Full Day," "Arrive Late," or "Leave Early".
- Enter the date: for the absence. If it's a partial day absence, also enter the start and end times.
- Add any details: or important information about the absence in the "Comments" section.
- Click "Submit": to send the request to the school office for processing.
You will receive a confirmation once the request is submitted and can check for confirmation or the updated attendance status in the portal after the school processes it.

To access your student(s)’ report card, please follow these steps:
- Login to Infinite Campus: Via your web browser or the Campus Parent app.
- Select your student: If you have multiple students under your account, click on the name of the child whose grades you wish to view on the main dashboard. You can toggle between students using the person icon in the top left of the dashboard
- Open the Menu: Click on the three lines in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select “Grades” to see your student’s grades and make sure the correct Quarter is selected. From the same menu, Click on “Documents”
- Under Report Card, click “North Carolina Report Card” to view and print all of your student’s grades from the grading period you selected.

From the “Campus Parent” App:
- Open the Campus Parent app and log in to your account
- Tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen
- Tap “More” at the bottom of the menu bar
- Tap “Assessments” on the More Menu bar
- Under “North Carolina Individual Score Report”, tap the Information about North Carolina Individual Score Reports
- This will show all of the past and current Individual Score Reports for your child
From the Web:
- Log in to the Parent Site at Campus Parent Portal

I am missing student(s)
Please contact your school's data manager for assistance adding students to your account. Infinite Campus creates accounts based on physical address. If your address was entered differently for both of your students (example: 11th Street / Eleventh Street), a separate account was created. Your school data manager can merge your accounts.I have students under my account that are not my child
Please contact your school's data manager. If multiple families share an address (ex. apartment complex/multi-home dwelling) you may see another student in your account. Your school data manager can remove these students from your account. No confidential information has been added to Infinite Campus at this time, so your student's data is safe.

Yes! Each school has access to a translator. Please contact your student’s school so that they can set up an appointment for you.

Yes! Please reach out to your school's data manager for assistance merging your staff and parent accounts. This will allow staff members to access all accounts in one place.

COMO PUEDO CREAR Y ACTUALIZAR LA INFORMACION ANUAL DE LOS ESTUDIATES EN EL PORTAL PARA PADRES?
● Revise su correo electrónico: Busque un correo de “Infinite Campus” que fue enviado en su bandeja a principios de agosto. Si no lo ha recibido, puede recoger una hoja con la llave de activacion de su hijo(a) en el open house de la escuela. ● Siga las instrucciones en el correo electrónico:
○ Presione el link proporcionado
○ Presione donde dice “New User”? (localizado en la parte de abajo del area de acceso)
○ Entre el Activation Key que le fue dado en el correol
○ Establezca una cuenta con usuario y codigo de acceso
○ Tome nota del usuario y codigo para uso futuro

Complete La Actualizacion Anual: Una vez que su cuenta del portal para padres es creada, por favor tome un momento para completar la actualizacion de informacion de su estudiante(s). Si usted tiene varios estudiantes en Caldwell County Schools, Infinite Campus, convenientemente, guarda el perfil de los estudiantes en una sola cuenta para los padres de familia. Como acceso el Infinite Campus?
La aplicacion Campus Parent brinda las mismas herramientas que la version del navegador web, con el beneficio de la opcion de mantenerse registrado y recibir notificaciones.
1. Baje la aplicacion del App Store o Google Play
2. Busque su distrito “Caldwell” y el nombre del estado “North Carolina”, poniendo por lo m enos 3 letras del nombre de su distrito “Cat” Seleccione su distrito de la lista. 3. Ponga su Usuario y Codigo
4. Si esta usando un dispositivo seguro, marque la opcion de mantenerse conectado para recibir notificaciónes, si esta activado en la escuela.
5. Click Log In!
BAJE LA APLICACION | GOOGLE PLAY BAJE LA APLICACION | APP STORE La Llave de Activación no sirve. Que hago?
Por razones de seguridad, el enlace proporcionado en el correo electronico de activacion para Infinite Campus era para usarlo una sola vez. Si usted no recibe el correo electronico, puede recoger una hoja con la llave de activacion en el open house de la escuela de su hijo(a).
Como puedo cambiar el Idioma a Espanol?
Paso #1: Accese su cuenta en el Portal para Padres. Seleccione el Menu para usuarios en la esquina de arriba a la derecha.
Paso # 2: Seleccione Idioma
Paso # 3: Seleccione su idioma de preferencia en las opciones proporcionadas Para una guia visual de paso a paso presione abajo.
LANGUAGE SELECTION HOW-TO GUIDE
Que pasa si no aparecen o que no conozco? No aparecen estudiantes en mi cuenta.
Favor de contactar a la escuela para asistencia en este caso. Infinite Campus crea cuentas basados en la dirección física. Si su direccion fue dada incorrectamente para sus estudiantes ( por ejemplo, 11th St/Eleventh St) el sistema creo dos cuentas diferentes. La persona del registro puede unir las dos cuentas.
Tengo estudiantes en mi cuenta que no son los mios.
Contacte su escuela. Si varias familias comparten un misma direccion, usted podra ver otros estudiantes en su cuenta. La del registro en la escuela puede quitarlos de su cuenta. De momemot no se ha incluido informacion confidencial en Infinite Campus por lo que la informacion de su estudiante esta segura.
No tengo acceso a telefono o computadora, como puedo crear mi cuenta?
Se les proporcionara una computadora a su hijo(a) en la escuela para que usted pueda usarla. Favor de llamar de antemano por si necesita asistencia. Tambien habran computadoras disponibles en el Open House de la escuela.
