Student Records Request Contacts for Enrollment and Withdrawals

The individuals listed below are designated contacts for school-to-school educational records transfers and authorized student records requests for currently enrolled students.

School districts and educational institutions may submit requests directly to the appropriate school contact by email. Please include sufficient information to identify the student and the records needed to ensure timely processing.

If you are unsure which school to contact, or if your request involves multiple schools or district-level records, please contact the District Office:

Before Submitting a Request

Please include:

• Student's full legal name
• Date of birth (if available)
• Your name and organization
• Your contact information
• A description of the records requested
• Relevant dates or timeframes
• Any additional information that may assist in locating the records

Litigation Related Requests

Requests from attorneys, law firms, insurance companies, private investigators, subpoena requests, litigation-related requests, or other third-party entities should not be submitted directly to individual schools.

These requests will be reviewed and processed through the appropriate district office in accordance with applicable law and district procedures.
