Dudley Shoals Elementary School will have a new principal for the 2025/2026 school year: Mrs. Braley Speagle!

Mrs. Speagle is excited to bring her compassionate and collaborative leadership to Dudley Shoals. Her strong ability to engage staff, students, families, and the community creates a welcoming school environment that will foster the community orientation Dudley Shoals families know and love. Her firm yet fun leadership will encourage Eagles to soar inside and outside of the classroom.

Caldwell County Schools administration and the Caldwell County Board of Education are proud to have Mrs. Speagle leading Dudley Shoals Elementary next fall. Caldwell County Board of Education approved Mrs. Braley Speagle’s appointment to Dudley Shoals Elementary School on Monday, June 9, 2025.
